Consent to personal data processing
By ticking the checkbox and selecting “Send enquiry”, I voluntarily consent to Individual Entrepreneur Ismailova Shakhnoza Avazbekovna (Russian tax ID 772618062800, OGRNIP 320774600034147; address: 117405, Moscow, Varshavskoye Shosse, 141, 11, 10, Russia) processing the personal data I provide to review my enquiry, prepare a quotation and contact me about the requested supply.
Data and processing covered
Data: full name, company, telephone, email, comments and specification details relating to me. Operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use to respond, transmission via hosting and email services, restriction, deletion and destruction, using automated and manual methods.
This consent does not include marketing, public disclosure or forwarding my data to mills in China. It does not provide international-transfer safeguards or override data-location requirements. Optional theme storage has a separate cookie choice.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the enquiry and quotation discussion are concluded, up to a maximum of 180 days from submission, or until withdrawal, whichever occurs first. Processing must cease and data must be deleted within applicable legal deadlines once the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless another lawful basis applies. If a contract is concluded, necessary records may be processed under a separate contractual or legal basis.
Withdraw consent by emailing sales@aeron-steel.ru or writing to the controller’s postal address. Give the contact details used in your enquiry and its reference if available. Do not send identity documents unless reasonably necessary. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Your choice
The form cannot be submitted without the checkbox. Browsing and calculators remain available; you can call +7 (495) 130-60-15 to discuss another way to enquire. Do not provide unnecessary personal information about others.
Controller details, recipients, rights and outstanding implementation limitations are set out in the privacy notice. The checkbox confirmation, notice version and server timestamp are included in the enquiry email. The controller is responsible for retaining evidence and implementing deletion deadlines.
